About

Hi, I'm Diana Hashem.

Early childhood educator and consultant, designing environments where children feel calm, capable, and ready to learn.

I am an early childhood educator and consultant with over 20 years of experience designing environments that support the whole child. I believe that when a child's environment is thoughtfully aligned to their developmental needs, they can thrive, build independence, and develop a genuine love of learning. My work focuses on creating intentional spaces, both at home and in the classroom, that foster confidence, emotional regulation, and meaningful engagement.

I currently serve as a Lead Pre-K Teacher, where I helped design and launch a growing early childhood program, and I also work as a private tutor and learning consultant. I partner with families and schools to extend these principles beyond the classroom, providing practical, individualized strategies that support each child's academic, social, and behavioral development.

I am passionate about helping adults create calm spaces where children feel capable, successful, and empowered, because when the environment is right, children don't just learn, they flourish.
